About me

I work with care, consistency and no promises of quick solutions

I am a psychologist and candidate psychotherapist. My practice is grounded in human contact, professional ethics, clear boundaries and respect for each person’s pace. I do not lead you towards a predetermined “right” answer; I support you in understanding yourself more clearly and finding your own grounding.

01

My professional position

I do not assume that I know you better than you know yourself. My role is to stay present, notice connections, ask questions and support the exploration of your experience. Decisions remain yours, and the work proceeds without pressure, shame or an expectation that you change faster than you are ready for.

02

What I work with

I work individually with adults experiencing anxiety, crisis, loss, perinatal concerns and difficult patterns in relationships. These may be times when familiar supports no longer feel sufficient, it is hard to sense your own boundaries, or you are unsure what you need for yourself.

03

Values in practice

Care, safety, contact and respect for boundaries are not abstract words to me. In a session, you may choose not to answer a question, decline an exercise, pause or say that something does not feel right. Doubt and disagreement can be discussed; they are also meaningful parts of contact and self-understanding.

04

Education and experience

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology from Odesa I. I. Mechnikov National University. My training includes symbol drama, CBT, art-therapy elements, psychiatry propedeutics, perinatal specialisation and crisis work. I have over 3,500 hours of practice and continue my professional education.

05

Supervision and personal therapy

I work under regular individual and group supervision, continue personal therapy and take part in further professional training. This helps me recognise my own limitations, keep personal experiences from shaping the client’s process, and maintain the quality of professional contact.

06

Confidentiality and ethics

What is discussed in sessions remains confidential within professional and legal limits. Before we begin, I explain the format, fees, rescheduling policy and limits of confidentiality so that our agreements are clear. I treat trust with care and do not use my professional role to exert pressure or impose my personal values.

07

Limits of competence

I work within the limits of my education and competence. If support from a medical or another specialist is needed, I will say so openly and help clarify the next step. Where appropriate, I collaborate with a psychiatrist, neurologists and other related professionals.

08

First meeting and format

I meet clients in person in my Odesa office and online. At the first meeting, we get acquainted, clarify your request, discuss expectations and consider whether the contact and proposed format feel right for you. You do not need to decide in advance whether to continue.
