Legal information
Website Terms of Use
The website introduces Yuliia’s practice, approach, qualifications, working formats and articles. It helps you choose a contact channel, but it is not in itself a consultation, appointment or contract for services.
01
1. Website owner
The website owner and provider of psychological services is Ukrainian sole proprietor Yuliia Leonidivna Dycherenko, taxpayer number 3315208781. The professional name is Yuliia Dicherenko. Contact email: [email protected]. In-person meetings take place in Odesa; the exact office address is shared privately after a meeting has been arranged. Version 1.1, effective from 2026-08-05.
02
2. Informational nature of the content
Articles and other materials are for information and education. They do not diagnose, provide medical or psychological advice, or replace individual professional support. A description in an article is not a basis for drawing conclusions about a particular person without individual work.
03
3. Contact and arranging a session
Opening Telegram, making a call or sending an email means only that you chose a contact channel. A button click does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Format, date, duration, current price, payment method, rescheduling rules and professional boundaries are agreed directly before the first session. The website does not currently accept online payment.
04
4. Professional boundaries and expectations
The request and working format are considered individually. A particular outcome cannot be guaranteed, and examples, articles or testimonials are not promises of the same experience for another person. Confidentiality, contact between sessions and exceptions required by law are discussed in the professional agreement.
05
5. Not an emergency service
The website, Telegram, phone and email are not a 24-hour crisis service, and an urgent response cannot be guaranteed. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, self-harm or violence, contact local emergency services, a crisis line or the nearest medical facility.
06
6. Online work across countries
Before online work, you may need to share the country where you are physically located if it affects professional restrictions, local rules or access to emergency support. Yuliia may suggest another format or a local professional when she cannot work safely and lawfully in a particular situation.
07
7. External services
Telegram, telephone operators, email and social networks are separate services with their own terms and privacy rules. The website is not responsible for their availability or further processing after you choose to leave the site, but secure link settings are used where technically possible.
08
8. Intellectual property
The texts, structure, design, original images and materials are protected by law. You may share a normal link and quote briefly with attribution where the law permits. You may not present the materials as your own, resell them, scrape or copy the website at scale, bypass security or use the service to harm others.
09
9. Liability and applicable law
The website is maintained with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and complete freedom from technical errors cannot be guaranteed. Liability is determined by mandatory law. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. Ukrainian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that may apply to a person in another country. The parties are encouraged to try to resolve a dispute in writing first.
10
10. Changes to these terms
If forms, payments, subscriptions, a personal account, bot, CRM, interactive tools or AI features are added, the relevant terms will be prepared and reviewed before public launch. A new version will show its effective date and will not be applied retrospectively to earlier actions.
