Legal information

Privacy Notice

This notice describes how the website actually works today. You can read about the practice and choose to contact Yuliia through Telegram, phone or email. The website currently has no public forms, online payment, personal accounts, subscriptions, advertising analytics or automated AI processing of enquiries.

01

1. Who is responsible for data

The website owner and data controller is Ukrainian sole proprietor Yuliia Leonidivna Dycherenko, taxpayer number 3315208781. The professional name used on the website is Yuliia Dicherenko. Privacy enquiries: [email protected]. In-person meetings take place in Odesa; the exact office address is shared privately after a meeting has been arranged. This is not a statement of the sole proprietor’s registered address. Version 1.1, effective from 2026-08-05.

02

2. Data processed by the website

You do not need to provide a name, phone number or account to browse the public website. Hosting, WordPress and Cloudflare may technically process an IP address, request date and time, the page opened, browser or device type and security events. When you select certain contact or navigation buttons, a first-party counter may store a non-identifying event containing a random event ID, language, button placement, a non-personal offer key and time. The event record contains no raw IP address, name, contact details or message text, and events are deleted automatically after 90 days. To limit abuse, the IP address is briefly transformed with HMAC into a technical rate-limit key that lasts up to five minutes; the raw address is not stored in that key. This supports service stability and an aggregate view of navigation usefulness; it is not used to build a behavioural or advertising profile of a person.

03

3. Contact is your choice

Telegram, phone and email buttons only open the channel you choose. The website does not automatically copy your messages to a CRM or AI system. Once you leave the website, the relevant provider processes data under its own terms, and Yuliia uses the contact information you send to reply and, where appropriate, discuss a working format. Browsing the website does not in itself create a therapeutic relationship.

04

4. Do not send sensitive data through open channels

Please do not include diagnoses, medical documents, identity documents, card details, an exact home address or a detailed account of a crisis in an initial message. If health information is genuinely needed for professional work, its scope, secure channel, access and retention will be agreed separately. Session content is not published on the website or used for advertising.

05

5. Purposes and legal grounds

Technical data is processed only as needed to operate and secure the website and to protect the legitimate interests of its owner and visitors. Information you choose to send through an external channel is used to reply, organise contact and take steps before an agreement for services. Information that must be retained for a contract, payment or statutory records is processed on the relevant legal ground outside the public website.

06

6. Who may receive data

Hosting providers, WordPress and Cloudflare may process technical data to the extent needed to operate the website. Telegram, telephone operators, email providers or another external platform receive data only when you choose to open their page, application or link. Visitor data is not sold.

07

7. Processing in other countries

Cloudflare and external services you choose may process technical or contact data in other countries under their own infrastructure and terms. If the website later begins sending personal data to a new provider, its role, contractual safeguards and any required international transfer mechanism will be reviewed before launch.

08

8. Retention and security

Technical logs are kept only for as long as needed for service stability, incident investigation and website protection, subject to provider settings and mandatory retention periods. HTTPS, restricted administrative access, Cloudflare protection, backups and controlled updates are used. No system can promise absolute security, so the amount of data is deliberately minimised.

09

9. Your rights

You may ask whether your personal data is processed and request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction, and object where the law provides these rights. Send a request to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or the competent data protection authority in the country where you are located.

10

10. Minors and urgent situations

The informational materials can be read without creating a profile. Work involving a minor is arranged separately with regard to age, the young person’s interests, applicable law and appropriate involvement of a legal guardian. The website and ordinary messages are not an emergency service. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, contact local emergency services, a crisis line or the nearest medical facility.

11

11. Future features and updates

Forms, online payment, subscriptions, bots, CRM, personal accounts, interactive tools, advertising analytics and AI processing of enquiries are not currently active. Any future AI function does not provide counselling, diagnose or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; a marketing CRM must not contain session content. Before any such feature is launched, it will undergo a separate legal and security review, this notice will be updated and, where required, a clear notice and user choice will be provided. Material changes receive a new version and effective date.
