You may recognise some of these experiences
- you would prefer to speak about personal experiences in Ukrainian or Russian;
- you live, travel or are temporarily staying away from Odesa;
- regular travel to an office is not possible or takes too much energy;
- the meeting needs to be coordinated across time zones;
- you would like to begin with a brief practical message without sensitive details.
What can be explored online
- anxiety, inner tension and emotional exhaustion;
- relationships, closeness and personal boundaries;
- crisis, loss, relocation and adaptation to change;
- personal needs, values and ways of supporting yourself;
- recurring experiences and a steadier sense of inner grounding.
How a first online session is arranged
In your first message, it is enough to name the country where you expect to be during the session, your preferred language and a convenient time. Citizenship, a diagnosis or sensitive personal details are not needed.
- we confirm whether online work is available in the country where you expect to be during the session;
- we agree on the language, set the session time in Kyiv time, and check it against your own time zone;
- before the meeting, we confirm the platform, link and an available payment method;
- in the session, we meet, clarify your concerns and consider whether the contact feels right.

How I work online
The online format does not change the foundation of my work: genuine professional contact, consent, boundaries and the person’s pace remain central. I draw on psychodynamic understanding, Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy, CBT tools and art-therapy elements, choosing them with regard to your concerns and what is workable online.
- attention to how the conversation feels for you;
- clear technical and professional boundaries;
- exercises and practical tools only with your agreement.

Frequently asked questions
Which languages are available for online sessions?
The online sessions described on this page are available in Ukrainian or Russian. If you need another language, this must be clarified separately before a session is arranged.
What do I need for an online session, and how can I protect my privacy?
You need a stable connection, an agreed platform and a place where other people cannot hear you. We confirm the link and technical details beforehand; you do not need to send sensitive information in your first message.
How are sessions arranged across time zones?
Times are agreed in Kyiv time and checked against your own time zone. This helps avoid mistakes when seasonal clock changes occur.
Are online sessions available from every country?
Not always. The country where you will be physically located during the session is enough for the initial enquiry. Availability, professional scope and an available payment method are confirmed separately. Citizenship is not needed for this.
What should I include in my first message?
The country where you expect to be during the session, your preferred language and a question about availability are enough. You do not need to provide a diagnosis, passport details or a detailed account of personal experiences.
How long is an online session and what is the fee?
The current duration and fee for an individual session are shown in the format section. Each session is paid for separately on the day of the meeting through an agreed available method.
Can an online session provide emergency support?
No. This website, Telegram and scheduled online sessions are not emergency or 24-hour services. If there is an immediate risk to life or safety, contact emergency, medical or crisis services in the country where you are physically located.
Next step
The first step is simply to check whether the format is available
For the first contact, only the country where you expect to be during the session, your preferred language and a practical question are needed. You do not need to send personal details before the session.
