How I approach psychological work
I draw on psychodynamic understanding, Katathym Imaginative Psychotherapy, CBT tools and art-therapy elements. Methods can support our work, but they do not replace the professional relationship or turn sessions into a fixed set of instructions. I suggest exercises only with your agreement and with respect for your pace, boundaries and current capacity.
